Why Franchise?

Franchised businesses offer a structure for starting, operating and growing a business. At Camile, we’ll deliver the framework around which our business is built and provide comprehensive training programmes that’ll cover mar- keting, operations and accounting. There are many reasons why becoming a franchisee can prove to be more suc- cessful than starting your own business:

Firstly, you’ll be joining a proven and established brand. This is a huge advantage as they’ve already developed a formula to achieving success and possess a strong customer base.

Secondly, there are training programs and ongoing support. You’ll be brought up to speed on the most success- ful ways to run the business. Additional, franchise firms have staff dedicated to providing constant assistance to their franchisees. Whether it’s an operational or marketing issue, you won’t be alone in resolving the problem.

Thirdly, the franchisor will assist with property searches and eventual construction. Most franchisors will have a property criterion and will want that to be met. They’ll help their franchisees best sites, negotiate a deal and design the layout of your property. This will help keep the costs down and allow franchisees to maximise the effi- ciency of your investment.

Finally, the biggest reason is risk avoidance. When buying a franchise, you’ll avoid most of the uncertainty that comes with starting your own business. You are joining a stable structure, that offers you plenty of opportunities to succeed. You’ll be able to look at other franchisees and use them as reference points of what to do and not to do.
